Discovery Energy, LLC, doing business as “Rehlko”, and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including Curtis Instruments Inc., Uninterruptible Power Limited, Heila Industries, Inc., Clarke Energy and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively “we,” “us,” or “Discovery”) are committed to protecting and preserving your privacy. This policy, together with our Terms of Use, and any other underlying agreements or terms, sets out the basis on which any data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. By using our website (“Site”), you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy also describes the way we process, use and disclose information that you provide to us when you use our Site.

We do update this Privacy Policy from time to time so please review this Privacy Policy regularly. If you are a supplier or business partner, we may collect certain information from you if you create an account through our Supplier Management Platform (SMP), such as your username and password, name, business name, business address, business telephone number and purchase-related information.
Information provided to us when you communicate with us for any reason.
By giving a telephone number to Discovery, you agree that a representative of Discovery can contact you at the number you provide, potentially using automated technology (including texts/SMS messaging) or a pre-recorded message. Your consent is not an obligation to receive any of our products and/or services.
How We Use Cookies
Our Site uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our Site and estimate visits and click-throughs for specific ad campaigns. This allows us to improve our Site. By continuing to browse the Site, you are agreeing to our use of cookies.

Third Party Websites
