Kyle Quinn

Kyle Quinn has been with Clarke Energy for 12 years, progressing from an in-house legal role to Group Commercial Director (in 2019) and now serving as President. With a strong background in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions, Kyle has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth, overseeing key acquisitions, expanding into new markets, and leading the legal and commercial strategy of the business.

As Group Commercial Director, Kyle oversaw commercial operations across multiple regions, including Romania and Greece. He played a key role in managing multi-million-pound contracts, ensuring commercial viability, mitigating risks, and strengthening the company’s position in complex international markets. His leadership in these regions contributed to the company’s continued growth and success.

As President, Kyle is focused on strengthening Clarke Energy’s financial performance by driving profitability and EBITDA growth. His priorities include optimizing operational efficiency, streamlining cost structures, and enhancing commercial and legal processes to maximize margins. He is also committed to accelerating revenue growth through strategic market expansion, strengthening customer relationships, and improving contract profitability.

A qualified solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, Kyle holds a Law degree from University College London (UCL) and a Post-Graduate Legal Practice Certificate (LPC) from the University of Law. Before joining Clarke Energy, he was a Senior Associate in M&A at DLA Piper, where he advised on high-profile transactions, including major corporate sales in the energy and consumer sectors.

Kyle is married to Chloe, and they have two children, Sienna and Freddie. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and watching most sports and spending time with his family.
