Geza Garai
Geza is the VP of Transformation, partnering closely with leaders across the enterprise, leading efforts to accelerate and maximize our value creation. Coordinating closely across the business, Geza is responsible for developing the improvement playbook, overseeing the transformation, establishing and enabling governance. Coordinating across stakeholders, Geza escalates and mitigate risks, manages external partners, and drives execution.
Originally from Hungary, Geza holds an Economics degree and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Previously, he worked as a management consultant with McKinsey, serving oil and gas, chemical, banking, and government clients in Hungary, Switzerland, and Washington, DC. He was also a supply chain researcher for the Corporate Executive Board (now part of Gartner) and served over 10 years with Lafarge (now Holcim) working in strategy, development, and performance improvement roles in the wallboard and cement businesses in the U.S. and Canada.
