Eric Fontaine

Eric is the President of Engines, joining Rehlko in January 2025. Eric will focus on rebuilding customer confidence, winning share in commercial heavy-duty applications, driving sustained productivity and cost improvement, reducing working capital, simplifying the product portfolio, and building a resilient organization.

Eric has extensive leadership experience in industrial markets, coming from Regal Rexnord Corporation, where he served as Vice President of the Industrial Components Division. In this role, Eric led the commercial business for Regal Rexnord’s largest division, focused on growing profit, securing new business, strategic planning, and managing large P&Ls. He has had increasing levels of responsibility with Danaher Corporation and Brunswick Corporation as well.

Eric received his BS in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and MBA from Duke – The Fuqua School of Business.

The dedicated focus and full-time leadership in the United States, combined with maintaining the strong leadership in EMEA and APAC regions, will set us up for long-term success by delivering improved EBITDA and net working capital while improving quality and performance.
