As the President of Power Systems, Charles brings extensive experience and expertise to his role, where he has consistently demonstrated the ability to assemble high-performing leadership teams that drive sustained growth in both top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability.

Throughout his career, Charles has held a series of progressively challenging roles, starting from his early days as a sales executive and advancing to positions of increasing responsibility, including Branch Sales Manager, Director of Sales, Vice President of Sales, and General Manager for the Americas & Data Centers, before assuming his current position as President. His strategic vision, business acumen, and unwavering commitment to both customers and colleagues have played a crucial role in the success and growth of Power Systems.

Charles holds an MBA from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Troy State University.
